Refunds and Returns

• You need to contact us within 14 days of your order for a refund or exchange, please email: hello@postingjoy.co.nz. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) that you wish to return and the REASON FOR RETURN.
• CHANGE OF MIND: Change of mind returns can be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund less any transaction fees (Shopify,  Paypal, Afterpay etc.).  These fees are usually between 2-6%.  If the item has been shipped, we will issue a store credit to the value of the item(s) less postage and transaction fees in the form of a gift certificate once the item(s) has been returned to us.
• FAULTY ITEMS: Faulty items will be refunded / replaced in FULL including postage incurred to return the item.  Please include a picture of the faulty item(s) in your email and a picture / PDF of the receipt for postage fees incurred to return the item to Posting Joy. 
• EXCHANGE: Should you wish to exchange your item(s) for another item(s) please include the exchange item(s) in your email.  If you are exchanging an item due to a change of mind there will be an additional shipping charge for your replacement item(s).
• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It MUST be unopened in the original packaging, unless the item(s) is faulty.
• Sale items are NOT returnable. Please choose carefully.
• Wearable items and gift cards are not refundable. Non-refundable items include teething toys, pram toys and gift cards. Please choose carefully.
• You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost (unless the item is faulty and we will refund the value of the item and postage fees incurred by returning the item). We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method as unfortunately we cannot refund / exchange items until they have been received by the warehouse and inspected to ensure that they are unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging. Your replacement item(s) WILL NOT BE SENT until we have received and checked your return.
• Change of mind returns will be issued a store credit in the form of a GIFT CERTIFICATE.
• Returns to be posted to the address which will be emailed to you.

Disclaimer:
Posting Joy at their discretion have the right to reject returns outside the 14 day return period or items which are returned that have been used and not in their original condition (including all original product packaging). Reasonable care of returning goods must be taken; failure to do so may result in refusal of return for refund or we may deduct up to 50% of the cost based on the condition of the goods. Product returns that do not meet our return criteria will be at the buyers disposal.
