SHIPPING:

  • Posting Joy offers free delivery on all orders to the following Auckland suburbs:¬†Orakei, Mission Bay, Meadowbank, St. Johns, Remuera, Parnell, Stonefields and parts of Epsom, Kohimarama and surrounds.
  • A rate of $4 is charged to all Auckland orders below $100 except to areas mentioned above.
  • A rate of $6 is charged on all North Island orders below $100.
  • A rate of $8 is charged on all South Island orders below $100.
  • All orders $100 and above are shipped free of charge.
    • We ship all orders with no signature required upon delivery.¬† Should you wish your order to be shipped with a signature required upon delivery this will be charged at a flat rate of $3 for the Auckland region and $5 for all other regions irrespective of your order value.
    • Click and collect orders can be arranged at discretion of Posting Joy. Please email us at hello@postingjoy.co.nz regarding collection of your order.
    • We endeavor to dispatch goods within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. You will receive email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
    • Please note: these shipping times do not apply to pre-orders.
    • During peak seasons,¬†please allow up to 7 business days for your orders to be dispatched.
    • Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 business days for your item(s) to arrive (metro areas).¬† For rural areas please allow 5-8 business days before the item(s) arrives.¬†
    • For urgent orders, please contact us.¬† We¬†will do our best to accommodate all urgent orders.
    • For international orders, please contact us for more information.

       We are able to ship any where around the world but please respect that international shipping is EXPENSIVE! We only charge what the postal service charges us.  We have provisioned $70 for the delivery charge, should the delivery fee be less than the amount charged, we will refund you.

    • If your item is urgent, please let us know in the comments section and we will endeavor to deliver your purchase to you as fast as we can.
    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
    • Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteeing delivery dates. POSTING JOY LIMITED ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOM FEES OR POSTAL DELAYS.

    PACKAGING:

    As a company that loves our natural and sustainably made products we also try to be environmentally minded throughout the process of delivering them to you.

    We reuse shipping boxes and filler as much as possible. These boxes and filler have already proved that they can do the job of safely transporting toys to us and are still in great condition to do the job again and bring toys to you.

    PRE-ORDERS:

    • If you order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be processed and dispatched once the pre-order item is available. Your order will NOT be sent in multiple shipments.

    GIFT CARDS AND GIFT WRAP:

    • WE DO BOTH!¬†¬†
    • All items are gift wrapped free of charge.
      • NOTE: Being an eco-conscious store we do NOT use traditional gift wrap but rather a jazzed up version of brown paper which is fully recyclable.¬†¬†It will still look amazing - trust us!
    • We can include a¬†personalised card and message with any order.
    • Gift cards available are¬†e-cards and physical cards which can be posted on your behalf.
    • Physically posted gift cards below the free shipping threshold¬†will incur a standard postage fee.¬†

    Disclaimer:
    Posting Joy at their discretion have the right to reject returns outside the 14 day return period or items which are returned that have been used and not in their original condition (including all original product packaging). Reasonable care of returning goods must be taken; failure to do so may result in refusal of return for refund or we may deduct up to 50% of the cost based on the condition of the goods. Product returns that do not meet our return criteria will be at the buyers disposal.
